Shared Health (sharedhealthmb. ca) has an opportunity for a Director Service Strategy who will leverage technology and incorporate evolving business strategy in collaboration with our service delivery organizations and partners into a continually updated digital strategy to support the Manitoba health system. Position Overview Steer the strategic digital direction of Shared Health by focusing on strategic planning, performance measurement and analytics, budget and resource management, governance and stakeholder communications. Identify opportunities to leverage technology for improving healthcare services, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing patient outcomes. Incorporate evolving business strategy into a continually updated digital strategy while maintaining alignment with provincial healthcare objectives and understanding downstream impacts on operations. Through collaboration with SDO partners and cross-functional teams, support the development, execution and performance (reporting) on strategic initiatives in alignment with the needs of the provincial health system. Experience 8 years of experience leading digital strategy and reporting in an organization with complex governance models, ideally in a health services organization and/or in the health services system in Manitoba, including defining and documenting strategic plans, establishing robust processes and templates to review capital and operational expenses to support strategic plans. Experience applying project management approaches and methodologies such as those in PMP, Agile Scrum, Jira, Confluence certifications are assets. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) A post-secondary degree in a relevant business, technology, or health related field from an accredited education institution;.
