A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN UNDERGROUND WET UTILITIES PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR In this position, you play a vital role in the operations of our business. Using your background in project management, you complete a variety of important tasks, including estimating projects, interpreting blueprints, and preparing takeoffs. You diligently manage underground water and sewer pipe installations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget. A natural-born leader, you effectively juggle managing employees, handling heavy equipment, communicating with subcontractors, and securing materials for projects. Leading by example, you cultivate a productive, dependable, and professional team of talented individuals. Safety is your top priority, so you make sure the day-to-day work activities are always performed safely. You love overseeing our projects and you enjoy helping our company continue to succeed ! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN UNDERGROUND WET UTILITIES PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR 5+ years of underground experience 5+ years of construction management experience Deep understanding of underground wet utilities and commercial contracting Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications Familiarity with local codes and MAG specs and details Valid driver's license OSHA 30 certification would be a plus.
