A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION FINISH FOREMAN As a Construction Finish Foreman, you lead a crew that takes on a wide range of tasks to finish our projects. Each day, you determine what needs to be accomplished and assign tasks appropriately, making efficient use of labor, time, and resources. Throughout the project, you monitor the progress of each member of your team to ensure that their work meets all relevant regulations and our own high standards. You provide feedback, support, and motivation as necessary to keep your team moving in the right direction. Some of the specific tasks you spearhead include sidewalk prep and compaction testing. You operate small equipment including skid steers to get the job done. Prioritizing both safety and quality at all times, you set a great example for your team. Your satisfaction comes from seeing the concrete results of your hard work as you finish each project! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONSTRUCTION FINISH FOREMAN Ability to operate small equipment such as skid steers and minis Understanding of compaction testing Crew leadership experience Do you have strong communication skills?
