We are looking for a talented and professional Architectural Sustainability Analyst with 2-5 years of experience supporting and providing sustainable analysis in the pursuit of sustainable performance goals. The role will be a blend of architecture and sustainability with an approximate 50/50 split between architectural work and sustainability analysis. This role is based in our downtown Vancouver, B. C. office, where each day we ideate, collaborate and create, supported by a culturally diverse group of architectural professionals, in-house leading-edge technology including digital fabrication, virtual design and realization, and physical modelling. Our Vancouver team thrives on multi-disciplinary engagement while practicing at the intersection of architecture and urban design and are distinguished by our creative and intellectual curiosity. The current compensation range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000 CAD annually, dependent on education and experience. As an Architectural Sustainability Analyst , you will… Be responsible for developing project specific analysis (including Whole Building LCA, daylighting, view out) in the support of defining the sustainable vision and project goals. Produce design drawings, presentation drawings, graphic design work, and digital and physical modeling in support of Architecture, Urban Design, and Interior Design, as well as marketing efforts. Perform rudimentary architectural assignments and work collaboratively with others toward design solutions. Liaise with external and internal consultant teams to develop design strategies that meet the sustainable vision and project goals.
