Job Description Duration: 8 months Positions available: 1 Intake Date: Monday, May 6, 2024 Application Deadline: Monday, January 29, 2024 (we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis) Minimum Qualifications: Must currently be enrolled in a recognized and accredited Canadian post-secondary institution throughout the duration of the co-op term. You must also be returning to a post-secondary institution after the co-op term is completed. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PST or MDT or relocate to a specific office (Vancouver or site-based) Desired background: Are you passionate about Talent Management and ready to bring a technical edge to the field? We are seeking a driven individual with a keen eye for technical nuances in Talent Management to join our team. The successful candidate must possess outstanding problem-solving skills, demonstrate great attention to detail and superb interpersonal skills. For this position, we are specifically seeking students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management Information Systems, or related fields. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting performance management, succession planning, reporting, and more. Responsibilities Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures. Provide support for performance management and succession planning programs, offering technical assistance in the HRIS system, Success Factors, and demonstrating proficiency in Power BI. Answer system related questions to a diverse audience. Closely partner with HRIS to support reporting capabilities, test system enhancements, and troubleshoot issues. Help develop visual and written communication materials for performance management and succession planning programs. Help to track and develop metrics for measuring.
