Description:
Location On site - Delray Beach, Florida Essential Duties Assist center and district managers in use of processes procedures and software Assist center management in the adjustments of billed accounts due to changes in rates, credits, and billings errors. Assist in the ordering and tracking of supplies from various vendors Analyze invoices and reports for accuracy Build strong relationships by delivering "best in class" services which includes providing relevant information to field management on a timely basis Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information Document, bill, and collections of all monies owed from government agencies Develop relationships with center management to enhance collaboration between field and corporate staff Ensure that all operations activities operate consistently and ethically within the values and mission of Children of America Maintain high standards of quality and service to both internal and external customers Maintain and update files using specific reports to verify timeliness and accuracy and to monitor the process from billing to collections Passionate about Children of America's mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy mission and values of Children of America to external and internal stakeholders. Responsible for Billing of accounts for centers. Review information and reports provided by center management analyze for accuracy and enter spreadsheets for distribution to district managers and corporate leadership. Skills in Intermediate MS Office desktop publishing and document management software Other duties as assigned by the Director of Business Operations Education Bachelor's degree in business or related field Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Full Time) Proven success in the following job competencies: Analysis and Reporting Business Planning and Management Communication and Presentation Customer Focus and Relationship Building Influencing Information and Technology Proficiency Leadership Problem Solving and Decision Making Work Experience At least two years' experience Supervision Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Business Operations This position does not supervise other personnel.
