Making animals’ lives better makes life better – join our team today! We’re looking for a passionate Business Analyst to help us deliver and manage modern infrastructure for the entire company. You will be part of the Client-Side Services team within Tech Ops. This team covers all things Workplace and Identity & Access Management. You will gain experience in a few areas, examples include Microsoft 365, Laptops and Mobile Devices, Collaboration and Productivity, Access Management and more. Workplace and Identity Services are fundamental needs for the entire organisation. For example, if it’s difficult for employees to collaborate, it could slow down the company, if it’s done well, it could transform the organisation. You will play a crucial role within multiple projects. You will talk to people in IT and the business to understand business needs and act as the bridge between Tech Ops and people outside of Tech Ops. You will gather data and make data-based recommendations, whilst also helping us solve business and technical problems.
