Please read on...<br /><strong>ERP Analyst, Cell and Gene</strong></p><p>This position is responsible to support and optimize SAP solutions for CAR-T Cell and Gene manufacturing and IT systems for the Morris Plains production facility.<br />• Provide operational support of SAP manufacturing, quality, logistics processes and SAP-MES integration for the efficient, effective and reliable operation for all stakeholders.<br />• Train and build the Super User community network for better operational support<br />• Provide user input for the design of system functionality, test cases and business scenarios<br />• Work closely with Global teams to implement global solutions at production facility<br />• Ensure that the systems supporting the process are in compliance with Novartis standards<br />• Ensure overall alignment within technical solution and teams<br />• Maintain close working relationships with site cross functional teams<br />• Support the operational change control process<br />• Interface with external vendors to make sure that business needs are met</p><p><strong>Minimum requirements<br />Education</strong><br />Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or other Life Sciences/engineering.</p><p><strong>Languages:</strong><br />Fluent in English</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong><br />At least 3 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (including a detailed knowledge of BPO Processes, GxP, Compliance Regulations);<br />Comprehensive experience in commissioning and start-up of biopharmaceutical manufacturing plants;<br />Strong customer and supplier relationship management experience;<br />Solid understanding of the overall technical environment of the company;<br />Strong influencing and negotiation skills<br />Good verbal, written and communication skills.</p><p><strong>Location: Morris Plains, NJ - Hybrid (3 days onsite at Morris Plains, NJ: 2 days remote); work day is 8am-5pm Monday -Friday; as needed weekend/holiday/off-hours support may be required<br />Pay Rate: $40.35 - 52.59/hour<br />Contract: Approx 6 months<br />Health, dental, vision, 401k</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Why Novartis? </strong><br />766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives. <br />We believe new insights, perspectives and ground-breaking solutions can be found at the intersection of medical science and digital innovation.
