Change Analyst GBP30 : GBP31/Hour Inside IR35 Reading, Maily Remote Until Jan Clearance: SC We are seeking a Change and Transformation Analyst our Government client based in Aldermaston, Reading. This role will be mainly remote working with occasional visits to site, if required for workshops/events. Currently occurs approx. once a quarter, and there may be minimal possible visits to 3rd party sites. The Change Analyst role will be an initial contract until January, pying between GBP30 : GBP31 p/h Inside IR35. This role is inside IR35 : Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution. Clearance: SC Change Management : experience in/has supported Change projects Communications experience Presentation skills/ability to support Does not have to have huge amount of experience in either as it is a relatively junior role Participating and supporting in change projects Good standard of English : written and oral. Will be drafting communications and communicating with senior stakeholders. Stakeholder management Problem solving skills MS Office including Excel. Desirable Experience of finance team/company would be beneficial.
