We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Colleague Support Analyst to join our team based in London - Canary Wharf. The salary on offer is £29,000. The successful candidate will be working a hybrid role, minimum 3 days in the office. This is a 6 month fixed term contract. The Digital Colleague Support Analyst will be working within a project role supporting on the upgrade to Windows 11, they will need in depth knowledge in Intune on laptops and mobile, they will also provide first contact support, deeper technical support and onsite support to NHS Property Services staff, working closely with colleagues to ensure the appropriate and efficient delivery of business systems and services. Liaison with multiple suppliers and third parties will be fundamental to the role, sometimes dealing with difficult, sensitive or conflicting operational issues. Key technical skills are an in depth knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft suite of products, group policy management, IP networks, thin clients and excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
