As an Analyst, Procurement Intake, you will contribute to the overall success of the Global Procurement Services department serving the global enterprise, by ensuring that your specific individual goals, goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role you, will: Operate the Procurement Intake function whose goal is to direct intakes for goods and services to the right channel for negotiation, contracting or ordering Review intakes for goods and services for completeness and compliance. Set up Action Plans in the system to obtain additional information or documentation as needed. Interact with Requestors verbally for clarifications Apply knowledge of Procurement Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work instructions to determine which purchasing channel is the best for the product/service being requested Apply knowledge of Work Instructions and the P. I. Rule Book to determine which GPS team to route the intake to Use the Procurement Intake and Risk backssment tool to review intakes, create action plans, action intakes, search for information etc. Use Bank tools to search for information relevant to intakes (e. g. Software Standards portal, Contract Database) Monitor the intake mailbox Interact with other teams in the Bank Technical Teams to facilitate technical issue resolution where required Interact with users to indicate next steps, as needed Log information in internal trackers as needed As a member of Procurement Operations, you will: Follow Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions to execute activities and pay strong attention to detail to ensure data quality and consistent delivery.
