Your opportunity: Working under the general direction of the Director, Student Experience, the OSSC & Career Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of the OISE Student Success Centre (OSSC). The incumbent hires, trains, evaluates, and supervises graduate student Teaching Assistants who serve as OSSC Advisors, including assigning workload and scheduling the Advisors. The incumbent coordinates OSSC activities including organizing team meetings and student workshops, addressing student concerns, monitoring student needs, and proposing initiatives to continuously improve the OSSC’s services to OISE students.
