Look no further! We are currently seeking experienced BCBAs to join our team in the vibrant city of Dunfinak Springs. Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Dunfinak, FL 32433 Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually About Kids SPOT: At Kids SPOT, we are dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of passionate professionals works collaboratively to improve the lives of our clients and their families. Responsibilities: As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting Evaluations: Perform functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments to understand each client's unique needs. Use evidence-based practices to assess behavior patterns and skill deficits. Treatment Planning: Design personalized behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans. Set specific goals for each client, focusing on behavior modification and skill development. Supervision and Training: Supervise a team of behavior technicians. Train technicians on implementing treatment plans effectively. Caregiver Training: Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create caregiver training plans. Provide guidance on implementing strategies at home. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: Current BCBA Certification: Maintain your certification and stay up-to-date with the latest research and practices. Experience: Familiarity with various skills assessments. Meet all BACB supervision requirements.
