Maintenance Technician Prospect Avenue High Rise is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician What We Look For: We are looking for motivated and courteous individuals who enjoy working with people and excel in a fast-paced environment. Job Description: Complete maintenance requests as assigned Landscape maintenance Common area painting projects Snow removal Assist in maintaining building systems Requirements: General plumbing experience required for this position. General Electric experience required for this position. General carpentry experience required for this position. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co workers. Hours are generally Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, but must be able to fill in other shifts when necessary. Must have own reliable transportation for this position. Salary starting at $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience. Benefit package is included in this position.
