What do you need to be a Banqueting Chef De Partie? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Kitchen team to provide excellent experiences to our banqueting functions. You will be preparing food on a large-scale within limited time frames, to be served at a variety of functions. When no functions are on, you will get a chance to get creative and cook for our colleagues or support in our restaurant. So, we are looking for someone who has… Availability to work 40 hours over 4/5 days including weekends Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and experience working in various sections of the kitchen Experience with banqueting functions or working at a high volume restaurant Creative, willing to learn and team player City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent or relevant professional experience Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton.
