Practice Area: Immigration - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Immigration Law practice in Freehold, NJ. The successful candidate will primarily handle court appearances, brief writing, motion drafting, client interviews, preparation, and USCIS appointments (including asylum interviews) and should preferably be bi-lingual in English/Spanish. The position requires a license to practice law in NJ and exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
