Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.Key Responsibilities: Job Overview: The Therapist will work in both the Family Ties and TVS programs. Y ou will provide weekly in-hometherapy and case management to parents, children and families in Cumberland County. The Therapist will - * work with the family to mutually identify service goals, objectives and interventions as well as enhance functioning and well-being of parents and children through therapeutic activities and interventions. * w ork collaboratively with DCP&P andcommunityserviceproviders to t each,coachand modelparenting skills and effective parent-child interactions as well as advocate and link families to concrete services and supports. * complete documentation consistent with program andagencyrequirements.
