We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction• Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads• Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties• Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market• Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Qualifications: • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired• Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude• Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs• Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment• Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions• Detail-oriented and quality-focused• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Compensation: $62,000 - $74,400 yearly About Company: Luxury Homes Realty is a full-service real estate company that was founded to provide real estate buyers, sellers, and developers with a company that will always exceed their expectations.
