Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities: • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs• Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline• Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message• Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales contact) • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle• Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections• Participate in regular training and education requirements• Support team initiatives and growth• Be willing to test new ideas and able to provide constructive feedback• Thrive in a high-paced environment Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• +1 year of real estate sales experience• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Real estate license or pursuing required• Must possess a Texas real estate license or be willing to start the process of becoming licensed• Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts• Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken• Passionate about selling• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills• Proven leadership, Independent and self-motivated• Extremely strong phone skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line• Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented• Highest level of integrity and respect for others• Practices self-discipline• Able to stay on task without constant supervision to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific marketing/lead technologies• Decisive and proactive• The ideal candidate will be open to a flexible schedule Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly About Company: Ranked among the Top 1% of Real Estate Professionals in the United States (by Wall Street Journal Real Trends)Ranked #1 Agent in the Nation in 2021 by NAHREPRanked 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Americas Best Real Estate Professionals Nationwide (based on transactions by Wall Street Journal Real Trends)In 2021, we helped 850+ clients sell or purchase real estate locally#1953 on the 2019 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in AmericaIn a recent blind survey by Inc.
