CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.The Cloud Sourcing, Spares, Sustainability and Security (CS4) organization within CSCP manages sourcing and supply of all servers, storage, and networking devices hardware for cloud data centers. Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Project Management, or Digital Transformation OR Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field AND 3+ years experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Project Management, or Digital Transformation OR equivalent experience 4+ years experience in Supply Chain Development, Execution and Experience leading process and system transformation Lean Green Belt certified Agile Project Management Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications Lean Black Belt certification PROSCI Change Management certification Supplier Testing and Onboarding Proven track record of cultivating trusted partnerships, fostering collaboration across teams, coordinating multiple timeline and time zones, and successfully managing complex, cross-disciplinary projects History of developing trusted partnerships, collaborating across teams, coordinating multiple timelines, and managing complex, cross discipline projects Possess functional expertise and hands-on experience in supply chain management, encompassing sourcing, planning, and execution processes Familiarity with prevalent industry methodologies, processes, and tools utilized in business roadmap management, ROI (Return On Investment) realization, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) development Possess executive-level communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for clear understanding Demonstrate business and finance acumen, with the ability to think strategize strategically Demonstrate proficiency in communication, interpersonal relations, and presentation skills Capable of distilling complex concepts into engaging content accessible to diverse audiences Demonstrate adept critical thinking skills and the capacity to navigate and resolve ambiguous situations effectively Technical Solution Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
