Peregrine Team is hiring for a GMP Field Supervisor in Anaheim, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay. $65K - $75K/year Job Duties: Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules Communicate with the team, manager, co-workers, and customers professionally Perform work assignments in a team with other employees as needed Fill in during staff shortage Present a professional appearance and conduct Understand customer service and satisfaction Understand reporting systems and the work environment Instilling trust Training new team members and providing remedial (refresher) training as needed Directing special GMP cleaning projects Inventorying cleaning and consumable supplies on hand and submitting orders Reviewing and ensuring Good Documentation Practices for team Performing assigned GMP tasks and filling in for absent team members Perform other duties that may be assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education - Required Supervisor experience - Required Previous GMP cleaning experience - Required Able to read, write, understand directions, and complete assigned tasks in English - Required Strong communication skills, including emailing Familiarity with methods used in cleaning of buildings, tools, and equipment Ability to work nights and weekends.
