The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills, along with a solid academic background in law. The attorney will be responsible for handling complex financial transactions, providing legal advice on banking and finance matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to banking and finance laws and regulations.Draft and review various financial agreements, contracts, and documents.Advise clients on financial transactions, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Represent clients in negotiations and settlements related to banking and finance matters.Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial laws affecting clients.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Bank and Finance Attorney.Strong academic background in law.J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Ability to promptly obtain admission to practice law in the State of Minnesota.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-Accredited Law School.Certifications:Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Skills:Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.In-depth knowledge of banking and finance laws and regulations.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to handle complex financial transactions and legal matters.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Job Location: Minneapolis, MN Law offices are located in Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Mexico and China.
