The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in employment law, with expertise in agency responses, employment litigation, drafting employment-related agreements, employee handbook policies, providing direct employment advice to clients, and EL subject matter due diligence experience. The candidate should possess a strong academic background, hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and have an active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Duties:Handle a range of employment law matters, including agency responses, employment litigation, and advising clients on employment-related issues.Draft employment-related agreements, including employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and severance agreements.Develop and revise employee handbook policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Provide clients with direct employment advice, addressing legal issues, and providing guidance on best practices.Perform subject matter due diligence in employment and labor law matters.Requirements:J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.2-5 years of experience in employment law, including agency responses, employment litigation, and providing employment advice to clients.Strong academic background and professional credentials.Familiarity with drafting employment-related agreements.Knowledge of employment-related subject matter due diligence. Law offices are located in Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, Mexico and China. The legal practice has sixty-four years of professional law experience. There are eleven areas of practice. A number of their practice disciplines consist of banking-financial services, employment-labor, energy and health law.
