Role Overview: As a Business Operations Manager at Lucid Strategies, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire organization's operational functions and supporting all departments in achieving their strategic objectives. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination across various teams. Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Supervise and optimize day-to-day operations to enhance productivity and efficiency. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness. Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to virtual assistants (VAs) and VA managers in remote areas, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Departmental Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives. CRM Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with clients to set up or optimize CRM workflow processes, maximizing the effectiveness of lead management and customer relationship management. Marketing and Sales Automation: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement and advance automation strategies, enabling targeted outreach and lead nurturing. Sales Team Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team and sales leadership, driving accelerated sales results. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored support to achieve mutual success. Qualifications:1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2.Proven experience in business operations management, preferably in a B2B marketing or sales environment. 3.Strong leadership and management skills and experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate remote teams. 4.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, capable of identifying and addressing operational challenges. 4.Proficiency in KPI Measurement, Dashboarding, and Improvement, with a track record of implementing quantifiable initiatives to increase KPI performance improvements 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
