This role is in the office three days a week in the cities posted on the ad.There is no Visa sponsorship or Visa transfer for this position.Cloud Control Framework is a product area under Cloud Security product, which rolls under the Cybersecurity product line. The Cloud Security team is seeking a Product Owner to manage the Cloud Control Framework product area and collaborate with the product and delivery teams to experiment, discover, and deliver on the product vision.In this role you'll manage the cyber objectives of the Cloud framework. You'll define guardrails and specs and keep a keen eye out for emerging Cloud technology. We need a been there, done it Cloud Technology person who is eager to take what they know and move into Product. You're the kind of person who enjoys big picture strategy discussions, and can design a solid road map. You'll shine in your ability to come up with clear objectives that are aligned with business, enterprise, and technology strategies.As the product owner, you will:Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals, objectives, key results, and performance indicators.Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.Turn product vision and voice of the consumer into actionable user stories and technical requirements.Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.Actively own the prioritization and grooming of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across product teams.Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication with product leadership and product area team members.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 7+ years of Technology strategic product management experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationMinimum of 5+ years Cybersecurity or Cloud Security experienceExperience with cloud-native solutions, technologies, and platformsExperience with cloud migrations and identifying and driving required change across people, process, and technologyAdvanced understanding and ability to apply knowledge of industry/government standards and frameworks to "real world" business and technical requirements (e.g. NIST, CIS, CSA, FFIEC, ISO)Desired QualificationsAbility to develop technology strategy, operating models & roadmaps with clear objectives that are aligned with business, enterprise, and technology strategiesExperience with cyber design and controlsExcellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate and influence executives, senior leaders, Line of Business stakeholders, other product owners, regulatory groups, technology, business analysts, other internal partnersExperience with Agile practices and frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc.Experience with collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence and SharePointProven ability to facilitate and drive prioritization discussionsProven ability to be innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needsAbility to manage integrations across multiple technology systems, operations, and/or processesExcellent interpersonal skills with a consumer-centric perspective to resolve conflicts and prioritize outputCloud and Security Certs are desirableFinance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g., utilities, health care, government)Job ExpectationsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeAbility to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote Posting End Date: 2 Jun 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
