Responds to answering questions from customers and associates pertaining to invoices, contractual terms, restructures, extensions and payments. Recommends financial decisions on extensions, formal restructures and contract adjustments. Maintains established delinquency and charge-off standards, performing financial analysis as needed on customer accounts to determine risk rating classification, extensions, restructures and reserve requirements. Provides monthly statistics and written analysis on assigned territory. EducationBachelor's Degree requiredWork Experience2 years of experience in collections, financial analysis and/or customer service, preferably in the financial services or agricultural industry requiredPhysical Exertion DetailsSedentary Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.Travel Requirement DetailsOccasional Travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less).About CoBankThe typical base pay range for this role is between $51,942 - $65,538. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
