$2,000 Sign On Bonus & Hiring Immediately!Miller Truck Leasing is hiring multiple experienced Diesel and Reefer Technicians to work out of our Franklin, MA shop. Ideal applicants will have experience working as a Diesel Technician and will have Refrigeration experience and an interest in advancing their career and technical knowledge. If you're a Diesel Technician without reefer experience we still need you too!Diesel Mechanic Technician Duties:Perform routine preventative maintenance and general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 vehiclesDiagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes (Company supplied OEM software) following proper warranty proceduresRepair / Replace brakes, steering components, suspension, and perform alignmentsReplace clutches & transmissionsRefrigeration Technician Duties:Perform general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 refrigeration vehiclesDiagnose, document, and repair refrigeration equipment following proper warranty proceduresRequirementsPrior experience working as a diesel mechanic, reefer mechanic (with 608 certification), fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanicExperience or formal training diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors or diesel refrigeration unitsA valid CDL (Class A or B) or the ability to acquire a Commercial Driver License with the assistance of our trainerHand toolsAbility to work either:1st shift: Thursday through Sunday 6am-4pm, can be flexible2nd shift: Tuesday through Friday 2pm-10:30pm and Saturday or Sunday, can be flexible2nd shift: Monday through Friday 2pm-10:30pmBenefitsCompetitive compensation: $30-$40+ per hour + shift differentialsPaid Vacation and HolidaysComprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance with HRA, HSA, and FSA options401(k) with a company provided matchEmployee discounts and an employee assistance programCareer Advancement Opportunities for Technicians at all levelsRobust in-person and online training programs#Miller2by Jobble
