Frozen Specialties, Inc., a Frozen Food manufacturing company, located in Archbold, Ohio, has an opportunity at the Archbold Facility within its Maintenance group for a motivated professional in the following position: Maintenance Supervisor Candidate must have 3+ years of maintenance supervision experience within a food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities are but not limited to: installation and maintenance of equipment, safety training and awareness, maintenance of plant building/ facility, testing and ensuring proper operation of all equipment and machinery. Direct a team of hourly Machine Mechanics on assigned shift, which includes their training and development. Candidate will report directly to Maintenance Manager. Experience working with ammonia refrigeration and HACCP is a plus. Successful candidate must have strong leadership and excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must communicate effectively with direct reports, peers and senior management. Familiar with common business software programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
