A company is looking for a Senior Director, Leadership Development. Key Responsibilities: Shape strategy around the learning, development, and leadership needs of executive women in the workplace Define content strategy across primary member services, including programming and coaching Create innovative leadership content, develop training materials, and refine strategies based on feedback Required Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in business or strategic leadership Extensive experience designing and implementing learning and development service offerings Experience working in a fast-paced/startup environment with multiple initiatives Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset Ability to become a trusted business partner and develop strong leadership skills
