Expert Consultation: Utilize your expertise in kitchen and bath design to provide in-home sales consultations that leave a lasting impression. Master the Art of Negotiation: Sharpen your negotiating skills and help clients realize their vision while driving sales success. What You'll Do: Engage with customers in their homes to discuss their design needs and preferences. Showcase our range of high-quality products, including window coverings, furniture, cabinetry, and other home furnishings. Provide expert advice on kitchen and bath design to help clients create their perfect space. Close sales with confidence, leveraging your strong negotiation skills. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up. What We're Looking For: Sales Enthusiast: A go-getter with a proven track record in sales and a passion for home decor. Design Savvy: Knowledgeable in furniture, window coverings, and kitchen and bath design with the skill to read a blueprint or drawing elevation. People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in every consultation.
